START WITH A FREE, INTRODUCTORY ACTIVATION SESSIONYou already carry spiritual gifts. This intro session is about turning them on and pointing them at creating the life and the world you want to see brought into being.Bring an intention. The highest-good thing your heart is yearning for. We'll take a few minutes to name it, then I'll do an activation aimed at that intention, and we'll leave time at the end for you to notice what has shifted.Most people feel something quiet rather than something dramatic. Nothing is required of you except showing up with your most honest intention.

THE QUIET HOUR (FREE, MONTHLY, GROUP HEALING, ON ZOOM)
An intentional rest for people who aren't allowed to rest.Once a month we sit together for an hour while I send healing to the group. There is nothing to do and nothing to prepare. Come as you are, settle in, and receive. Cameras off is welcome. Falling asleep is welcome.Next gathering: Friday, September 25, 8pm Central. Final Friday of every month thereafter.Free and open to anyone. Come once or come every month.
The welcome and the healing are recorded so others can receive them later. Recording stops before any sharing at the end.
